Following on from the success of the Instruct Series Latin 1 DVD, Pure Energy have released Latin Fiesta 1 as a resource to further enhance your Latin teaching style and dancing technique.

Latin Fiesta is designed to develop existing Latin aerobic instructors' skills, techniques and choreography through intermediate to advanced levels of progression.

The DVD features a generic warm up and three full combinations, with learning curves and alternatives.
