If you are an existing Pure Energy Freestyle member your user name is your SURNAME followed by the FIRST INITIAL of your first name.
For example, if your name is Mike Smith, your user name will be smithm
Your password will be PEM (in CAPS) followed by your Pure Energy Freestyle account number. For example, if your Pure Energy account number is 1111 then your password will be PEM1111

If you have recently registered on the website, you will have automatically created an account. To log back in, use the details entered when registering.
For example if Joe Bloggs registered with the username - Blogster09 and password - hotstepper, then these are the details he would use to regain access to the site
