Intro – a brief description of sections to come.
Warm Up - Technical explanations and an introduction to moves including Jabs, Hooks, Kicks and Stretches.
Section 1 – The first simple combination of the DVD uses Shuffles, Scissors, turning Jabs, and Skips.
Section 2 - Teaching tips to cover active rests, Knees with directions and powerful progressions, Unnur teaches you to “Cut out the block”.
Section 3 - Travel forward with upper body combinations to increase intensity, teaching tips for mixed levels, Elbows, Side jabs, and Knife strikes.
Section 4 - Action stations, this block is crammed with side kicks, circular moves, Knees, Kicks with triple hooks and tips for balance.
Section 5 – Jabs to head and stomach, Elbows, Back kicks, slower breakdown for technique and directional changes.
Section 6 - this section is the ultimate upper body blast. Jab cross, hooks, Upper cut technique and Speed ball, take it double time to up the intensity.
